Community Learning and Development (CLD) operates across West Lothian and you should receive a consistent level of standard of throughout. If you have a comment or issue about service levels, which has not been resolved to your satisfaction, please contact one of the Team Managers for CLD. These are:-

Most enquiries can be dealt with quickly at the local level. If you are still unhappy with the response you receive, ask for the comment and complaints form (Points of View) from a member of staff. These can also be obtained from the Customer Service Centre, or you can telephone on 0800 801 331.
