Community Facilities
The Community Facilities Service came in to place on the 16th October 2006.
Each community facility is managed by a Centre Co-ordinator who is in charge of the day to day running of the facility. The co-ordinator is assisted by caretaking staff.
The co-ordinators are managed by the Implementation Team who are Jane Carr-Pollock, June Close and Dennis Cairney. The implementation team is managed by Gordon Connolly, and overall Manager is Alistair Shaw, head of Cultural, Communities and Economic Development Service.
The Service is supported by a range of partners such as local Community Education Association Management Committees, Community Learning and Development, Churches, Libraries and other West Lothian Council Services.
