All our libraries have PCs for public use which is free, with only printing costs to pay. We offer taster sessions from time to time to help people use computers and access online learning. There is also a Buddy Scheme, where a volunteer tutor gives one to one tuition to suit an individual's needs. You can find out more about our services through the West Lothian Council website.
